About

Built in the South West. For it.

I'm Corrina Cooper, a Creative Educational Consultant working at the intersection of further education, cultural infrastructure and the creative industries across the South West.

Through The Creative Strategy House, I support organisations to design skills pipelines and build connections between colleges, employers and cultural partners across the South West, so that creative potential in young people becomes sustainable creative careers.

My work is shaped by over a decade of FE curriculum leadership, active involvement in the South West's cultural ecology, and a commitment to making creative opportunity equitable by design.

FE Creative Festival for the South West:
Feasibility Report

Co-lead · Phase 1 complete · Arts Council England funded · 2026

A full feasibility study testing whether a region-wide creative festival for FE students aged 16 to 19 is needed, viable and deliverable. It covers 19 colleges, 37 stakeholder engagements and a recommended Anchor + Satellite model with Bristol as pilot anchor and Autumn 2028 as the delivery point.

The report sets out the strategic case, delivery model, access framework, governance structure, costing, funding landscape and evaluation framework for what would be the first festival of its kind in the South West.

Golden Thread Consortium

Strategic role within a Bristol Beacon-led consortium connecting ACE (Aspiration, Creation, Elevation), a youth community group in St Pauls, with Knowle West Media Centre and major festivals including Glastonbury, West Holts and 2000 Trees, building pathways from community projects into accredited learning and paid creative work.
